Peaceful Hope
I’ve sat in thought about mistakes
That I’ve made,
And will make.
I’m not perfect.
I’m imperfection,
Through and through,
Rough on the edges and on the inside
Like crumbling walls of the old mill factory
Falling in on myself,
Why is this happening?
How?
Guide me..
Lead me out of this imperfectness
Mold me into someone
The one you want
As a best friend
I don’t want to go nowhere
Can’t see a life without your beauty
Radiating flawlessness
The smile on your face reflects in your mind
You’re my open book
Of wonders
And..
Wisdom of life,
So…
Lead me into peaceful hope
Of knowing your there
That you won’t go.
