High School
I’m going to miss this place
All the memories I have made
Especially the wave
My class was never close
There was always a sense of separation
Maybe it’s because of probation
Laughing over nothing
With my best friends
That will never end
Going to all the school dances
They were always so much fun
After them I was so done
I think I might even miss the teachers
Some of them were nice
And some I had twice
I’ll never forget the joy of field trips
They will leave a lasting impression
Hopefully it doesn’t lead to depression
My love for acting is so strong
I’ll miss my drama teacher most of all
But not the drama in the hall
I hate to say it but
I’m going to miss this place
How am I going to fill the empty space?
