Seashell
Carried on down into the dark abyss of sea,
floating in the crystal pond, sinking to my forever home,
I find my home in the shimmering white grains of pure ocean floor"sand",
I'm fragile, but have such a story to tell,
I'm like no other. Always sparkling.
My dazzling colors are reflected off of me, my colors, my story to tell.
Perhaps one day a hand will pluck me out of the water, letting me be free.
Until then...I'm just a shell, waiting for my story to be heard.
