&ldquo;I became insane, with long intervals of horrible sanity.&rdquo; <br /> ― Edgar Allan Poe

The bars of a prison door.
The key being tossed away forever,
And never being found.
being lock away forever and never hearing another sound.

This is life of Prison.
But I`m not locked in Prison.
I am locked in the horrors of my past,
And the damages of my future.
Of the pain from my friends,
And the damage of the fighters.

Prison is the pain from our soul.
The pain from our family,
Our friends,
Even people we don`t know.
It is the damage we all suffer with ever day.

The pain of bullies or even just pain from things at home.
The pain of a belt across your back,
The pain of being smacked across the face with no say.

See my pain, if you must know is all alone
My pain is feeling the pain of others.
Feeling the heart breaks,
The big mistakes.

The tiny things that no one can see.
There are different forms of pain.
But whether its expressed it up to you.
You can ignore it or face it.

When i was little, i was a victim of bullying.
I was pushed around,
Hit and smacked with the brutal words of my classmates.
Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words can never hurt me?
Where was that for all the people that have been picked on?

Where were the people to stop it?
The people to stand up to them?
The people that had a voice to let out?

They were the one`s getting picked on.
The ones who feared their classmates.
The ones terrified to go home.

All the voices that should have been heard were the ones being hushed.
The ones trying to hide in the shadows,
With only one word, trapped in the silence.

Help.
Help is the mystery that we will never know.
The only word that will be trapped forever.

See, help is not just a word.
It is a plead.
Trying to reach out and find ourselves.
It`s the harm and pain that we all suffer.

So, next time you hear the word "help"coming from someone`s voice.
Coming from their emotions.
Coming from the heart of each and every one of us.

Don`t just stand there and do nothing.
Take a stand.
Take a stand to help the ones that haves no voice for themselves.
The ones that are too scared.

That are scarred with the memories of their pain.
The pain soaked deep into their veins.
Where the only release, is to slice open those memories.

All of us can help.
If everyone does their own part to help.
No one will ever be stuck with the pain,
Stuck with the damage.

Stuck in Prison.

Really good! However there were some gramatical mistakes.
