I will so they won't

I remain, so they won't cry.
I try forgetting, so they won't remember.
I attempt love, so they aren't suspicious.
I hide crying, so they mustn't see.
I continue hurting, so they might suspect.
I smile, so they might believe it. I can't stay, so they will have to ask why.
Who understands me when I make a final decision alone?
