I race down the street
With wind in my hair
And the sun glowing on me
I feel so completely free
As I glide forward
And speed down the road
I empty myself
Of my pointless worries
And stressful anxiety
I block out the world
By singing the songs
That fill my heart
And threaten to explode it
I can feel my power
And my enviable speed
As warmth wraps around me
I am so very free
Of all my problems
When I rollerblade
Down the street
