When people see my face
They will see the faces
Of my ancestors

When people see my hands
They will know that I work hard
Just like the people of my past

When people hear my voice
They will hear the laughter
Of my family, long gone

When people see me
They will see that I'm Hispanic
And that I'm proud of who I am

Good job! You should add some more context. I think this poem would be really nice if you added some feelings about being Hispanic, or what is was like for your Hispanic ancestors in the past. Overall, it has lots of potential!

To be nobody but yourself in a world that is trying it's hardest every night and day to change you into everyone else is to fight the hardest battle a human being can fight, and never stop fighting.

The simplicity of it works well, could maybe use more description or substance?

Its pretty nice. I think maybe it could use a little more substance, but still, its not bad!
