Troubles of the mind

The mind is deep.
A thousand books, piled high,
Knowledge, curiosity, fear.
Where nightmares are formed.
Love is given,
life is lived,
then buried.
Your mind has the power of an earthquake.
Spreading its damage far.
So when life is troubling,
don’t get lost in the mind.
The maze of your own thoughts.
A self-set trap of all your fears,
as once in,
there is no way out.
