Mine and Yours
I miss your wanting eyes
 Your knowing smile
 The way you’d laugh
 While all the while
 You’d think of me
 And only me
 Of ways and things
 That could
 And could not be
 I miss your arms
 Embracing
 And your fingers
 Locking
The way you could get me
 Talking
I miss your heart and mind
 How when we were together
There was no such thing as time
 You could touch my hand
 And steal my heart
 The way you love
 Is a beautiful art
 Age doesn’t matter
 And neither can time
When the only thing that matters
 Is that you are mine
No matter how much time passes
Or how far away we are
 When I miss you
I’ll just look at the stars
When I can’t get out of my mind
I’ll just smile at the memories
Because I know you are mine
I’ll remember what you told me
 All those loving words
And I’ll smile at the memories
Because I know that I am yours
