I am blind
I do not understand
Yet my sight is sublime
and my intellect grand

They tell me I'm lost
I don't know my own path
They ask what is the cost
Of befuddlement's wrath

One time I was lost
In a forest of dark
My legs screamed of exhaust
While my demons all snarked

One time I was alone
But now I am not

Not all those who wander are lost
Were the words I once sought
