Just a thousand

If I had a thousand tulips,
I'd give them all away.
I'd hand them out to everyone,
and anyone who wanted to see.
Sitting there waiting,
and spreading out all the flora.
Loving the time life has given me
As all the people pass in turn
If only I had the thousand tulips
I could spread all of this joy
If only I had the thousand tulips
The world wouldn't be so bad
