October Ninth,
What I love is the miles between our hearts
 That never existed;
And how I always try to kiss you
Right before I leave, so that
 You know you’ll be missed.
I love the scent of perfume oil
 On that
little purple tank top you gave me.
I love how beautiful you look on the days
That you forget to do your hair.
I love the way your hands travel
Along the curve of my back,
And how the sharp of your lips
Always match the depression angle of mine.
And I couldn’t start the day off better,
Than with your head upon my chest when I wake,
And eggs and pancakes breakfast you make.
I love the way you have to stand on your tip-toes
When you try to whisper words into my ears.
Or how you make me feel so tall and strong,
Yet so light when our eyes meet.

If only I could kiss you again,
 I would kiss you
 Slowly
Tracing my fingers along your spine.
I would kiss you in the blankets, in the rain, and when you’re in the middle of saying something.
I would kiss your dimple, your cheek, your forehead.
 I would kiss only you,
 Not anyone else,
 Just you.
I would lock your lips with mine
 Let them melted together
 Totally entwined

I know your kiss would be sweet
Sweeter than double chocolate pocky sticks,
 Even more so
Because they would be kissing mine.

 I would caress your lips
 With my fingertips;
 Look into your eyes
To show you what we have missed.

A night lost in burning passion
Slow dancing beside that beautiful lake.
 No tears to fall,
 Not anymore,
Just two hearts beating through it all.

 I would kiss you
 In the most
 sweetest way possible,
 So that no dictionary definition
 Would stand a chance
 To describe how your lungs
Could be filled with the sweetest air possible,
And yet you would still be so breathless.

 I look to that day,
When I can kiss you again.
So there will be a moment
 Between a glance
 Where the world stops,
 For the briefest of times
And the only thing between us,
 Is the anticipation
 Of your lips on mine.
 A moment.
 So intense.
 It hangs in the air
 As it pulls us closer
 A moment,
 So... perfect.
That when it comes to an end,
 We realize:

 Since that October Ninth,
 You had me, I was yours;
 Deep in your heart.
 Always was, always will be.

 Keep me there.
So if there's this one day when your world turns cold
 Breaks through your soul
 And your heart falls

 I will catch it.
