A World Just for You
Laughter screams, madness devours me,
In my own psychotic hell, I forget reality,
Deep in my world, a world all my own,
I can pretend you’re here and you were never gone,
Here I’m alive and the entire world is right,
But staying here with you is a losing fight,
The drugs help to keep me sedated,
But you’re the only drug keeping me medicated,
Real agony on my heart it singed,
On visions of you I obsessively binged,
I remember your blue eyes your hair was curled,
You’re the idol around which I built my world,
Now this oasis is all that keeps me alive,
If I were stuck in reality I couldn’t survive.
