Hidden
There is something hidden,
Yet no one will find it,
Shipped away to a hidden place,
Where none will discover it,
It hides in the shadows and thrives in the light,
Until stumbled upon it was still and subtle,
But it will never be found by anyone again,
For it as no one knows where it is,
Darkness calls it,
The shadows beckon it,
Hopefully I hid it well,
For I know that it is not protected,
A mystery it will always be,
A treasure for those able to see,
The truth of it all,
And those who pass the test,
Walk in another being’s shoes,
And feel what they feel,
Know what they know,
The test is not yet over,
The time is not right,
You may not yet know where I hid it,
Yet you may yet find it,
Leave your body and life behind,
And enter the door if you dare,
Know that you can’t come back,
You will learn the truth,
And there will be no more lies,
You will enter the door now,
And travel with your soul,
Into a place I have forbidden others to go,
Search my secrets,
Feel my emotions,
Flowing and shifting as if a cloud,
Know where it is hidden,
But do not find it,
For it is still dangerous,
Hidden somewhere where it is safe,
The truth is about the be uncovered,
Just wait a while longer,
While I figure it all out,
Know now all that I know,
For the thing that I hid was my sanity.
