Being an athlete is hard work,
Don't slack off and act like you don't care
Your nerves will irk,
Your attitude will flare.
Don't slack off like you don't care,
On the court or track
Do you have time to spare?
Don't pretend it's not an act.
On the court or track,
I run up and down,Don't fall on your back.
You might look like a clown.
I run up and down ,
No frown inbound,
I almost got he crown,
Being an athlete is hard work.
