Where your journal is public on Twitter,
And where everything you see is on Instagram.

We live in a world
Dominated by blind spots.
Where peer pressure brainwashes outcasts,
Where there are no ink stained books,
And where nature is in the Hall of Shame.

We live in a world
Dominated by crime.
Where jocks sweep up the “swag”
Where gun control is an issue
And where hidden fees put people into debt.

Yes, those are all golden
In this world we live in.
So let’s hope that someone sends for help.
Someone realizes the true enemies,
And someone sees all the victims.
