I'm Fine
I cannot tell a lie.
Please don’t be frightened by my words.
 It’s true I miss you.
It’s true I long for your embrace.
 It’s true I wish you would’ve stayed.
It’s true I still love you.
 But don’t confuse these emotions,
  With my current state.
 For I am just dandy.
 I’m on my feet.
 I’m fighting.
 I’m living.
 I’m breathing.
And not because it’s what I must do.
But because it’s what I want to do.
 So rest assured, my love.
 You are in my heart.
 But I’ve got the courage,
 To walk with a smile.
