Go ahead, judge me. Just remember to be perfect the rest of your life.

Sing softly wolf to the lit full moon
Sing a lullaby
Howl to the bright white orb
Hanging in the sky
Sing loudly wolf to the lit full moon
I hear your desperate cry
Look to the stars wolf
That dangle up so high
You sing of between the packs
Of blood from the kill
Of misconceptions; you're not that bad
Death doesn't bring a thrill
Lament poor wolf
To the moon
The only one who'll listen
Maybe one day they won't assume
And you won't be the villain
But now silver wolf
Hear my cry
To the lit full moon in the sky
We might be alone
But for now at least
We'll be lonely together
And be at peace

The author's comments:
Wolves are one of my favorite animals and I feel bad when they are always made out to be the villain that gets off on killing.
