Mr. V
When I was in
Middle school
My teacher said that
To be a good writer I needed
To always be writing
Even if there was nothing to write.
We always called him crazy.
Because he was.
But he was also smart
And knew what he was talking about
(Sometimes)
And maybe one day he will see
That what he did
For us
Was to raise a group
Of authors.
