What is a Mother?
What is a mother?,
A mother is someone you look up to no matter how much or how little you have,
Someone to count on from day one,
A mother is someone who knows you from the inside to the out,
And without a doubt does not judge,
Your beautiful to her no matter what,

 What is a mother?
A mother is someone you wish would go away,
Someone who annoys you in front of friends,
A mother is someone who limits what you do,
You wish your friends mom did it to so you didn't feel you were without freedom,

 What is a mother?
A mother is someone you wish you still had around,
Someone to let go with and to be around,
A mother is someone you mis when she's gone,
So when your lonely you can only think of only one word mom,

 What is a mother?
A mother is a brave women just like my mom,
Who may not have everything but makes do with what we do have,
Someone who can say "hey I may not have the money but I'll try for it anyway,"
I wish life would stop making her pay,

 What is a mother?
A mother is someone just like me,
Who will keep these life stories in my head,
When even thinking about them fills me with dread,
I lock them away for another day,
Where everything is strange, I sit my kids down and maybe with the help from him,
I can tell the story of what a mother really is.
