It Hurts
Broken
 Beaten up
 Torn down
 Shattered into a million pieces
emotions ripped right out of her body never to be returned
heart black as a starless summer night
her eyes slowly losing there twinkle becoming more dim each day
that smile becoming harder and harder to paint on her face every day
the constant feeling that she has an elephant sitting on her chest
She always has something to say but never can quite get it out
for fear that someone will spit words of fire back into her eyes
It's not something she can handle
 fragile and weakened
but she does NOT show it
to this day she continues to keep a brave look on her face
just till she can't bare it any longer.
