let go and let God
"Love is not an emotion but a choice"

Because it is where all my reason dwells my brain is useless

My heart told me I was some Rembrandt genius of words

That I could paint the world and tear it down as well in the measure sound waves

That my ink red writings were immortal unlike the fading of all things I thought were light

The world told me I was odd but normality is humanity’s biggest misconception

I’m proud to say I am not some picture perfect painting of normal

Whose guidelines were probably drawn by the mad for some example of what not to be

Wanting to be a dove yet a raven and ending in my shell like a wrinkled old tortoise yet am I wise

Taking it slow you think but mind races a mile a minute with all kinds of questions I wish to abandon

A whole bunch of “what if?”s all coming as daggers to deflate dreams and that’s why my brain is useless

As useless as diamonds in some post apocalyptic world where I’m already dead, gone to my home above

Crying down at all the hysterics of the normal who realize their existence was more a myth then mine

Not wishing it on them for a second, if you’re not a enemy you’re a friend and I call none my enemy

And for this am I wise or am I weak I don’t care when I’ve no words left to speak
