You take the elevator
Twenty-one stories high
And you
Are not
Alone

It is quiet here
Up on the roof
And you
Are not
Alone

The construction men
Never finish building
And you
Are not
Alone

You look down and
See a stray cat
And you
Are not
Alone

Children are singing
In the church choir
And you
Are not
Alone

How many memories?
You take a step

And you
Are





Alone

  I love this! I am very against suicide and it's sad to know people can take their own life. This poem shows that there is always someone there for you. I would recommend this poem to anyone that need it.
