Held in un-phased hands,
A loaded gun pointed at it's mark.
Ready, waiting for fateful boom.
One second is all it takes.
Light shines through darkness.
Death, forever on his mind.
Making her escape,
Adrenaline swimming through aching veins.
Under heavy surveillance of red and blue lights.
Driving borrowed cars,
Eventually returning them, as a simple reminder.
