River Go!

Watching the sunset
As my dog jumps into the water
Listening to the beautiful sound of the wild life,
The birds singing music,
The frogs jumping and laughing of joy,
The crickets talking to each other,
And the fish racing down the river
I look at the crystal clear water and I put my toes in
My toes sank into the soft smooth sand while my legs go numb
I look at my reflection than I splash it leaving ripples behind
As I walk in deeper I start feeling fish nibble my feet
And the sharp rocks scraping the bottom of my feet
So I laid back letting the current run with me
I laid there and watched the river go

The author's comments:
I was camping and we went to a river and I just thought it would be cool to write a poem in the middle of the river.
