The Same Person I Was the Day Before
The feeling of finishing an amazing book
the aura which consumes your whole body
the aura of "what have I just finished"
what was that perfection?
what can measure up to that?
you will sit doing nothing
thinking those same thoughts
but the next book always measures up
maybe even being better
its the lesson of moving on
love, life, death, books
they all must end
but we must carry on
but that is my struggle
I won't accept the end
I will continue to say the same things
be the same person
the same person that I was the day before
