"Wit is educated insolence"

In the land where silver waves crash in pearly foam along the shore of golden sands and lands
The moon there rises every night
The sun it never sets
The sky is without a blemish
No cloud will dampen the sterling budds of summer
There lives a promise that never dies
Waithing for you to take it's hand
It will lead you through the shining waves
There on the golden sand you can shake off the liquid pearls and lie down
And just in case you happen to look up at the sky
I might as well tell you - You wont see the heavens or the stars
You will see only the earth and maybe sometimes you will think
about the people there...looking up at you thinking about the stars.

I saw a painting and it inspired me to right this poem. I do not know the name of the painting.

To love is to be vulnerable; Triumph is born out of struggle; We notice shadows most when they stand alone in the midst of overwhelming light.
