Where
Where. Where you’re ticklish.
The usual places-
your feet for sure,
your neck as well,
your sides I can’t even paw at-
your stomach too,
and surprisingly,
your arms and legs and knees
How can I reassure you
if I can’t touch you?
I can’t do it in words I’m not versed in-
How do I tell you to breathe,
when the best thing to do is to stop breathing?
Touch.
But now I can’t do that,
because when I touch you you squirm,
and all you do is
heave and
heave and
heave
