Take It Away
If I could change one thing,
Just one thing
What would it be?
Would I change the color of the sky?
Or maybe give humans the ability to fly,
I could change the food in schools?
Should I make us all the same?
Oh no wait!
I know what I would change.
I would keep everyone different
Different colors, shapes, sizes
Just as God made us.
The one thing I would do
I would get rid of the hate.
Racism, sexism, anti-Semitism
Hate towards all people big and small,
I would get rid of it all.
No more hate.
None at all.
Not a spec on the planet.
I’d get rid of all the hate
And put nothing but love in it’s place.
