Hand me all of your feelings
Each grimy, grain that sticks to the tips of your fingers and gets stuck inbetween the pits of your knuckles
Each burning coal , making little red divots in your palm
Each chunk of ice, cutting, frosty chill under your nails
Each rainy drop that crinkles and crunkles and wrinkles the pads of each finger, give me these and you can keep
Each soft petal of thought, if only if you will keep and hold and kiss, if only you will cherish
