Lily Rose

Wished to fly away

Wished to be as the forgotten

And no longer be of this world

A angel of the sky

Going against the wind of the night tide

Lily Rose simply wished to fly

Away from society

Away from herself

So she simply said her goodbyes

In a whispered tone

That will forever echo

In the mind of the unknown

Lily Rose

Longed to drift with the wind

Like the fallen petals

Of the flowers she was named after

So as coveted as her choice was

She made her choice

To drift away

With the wind

And the stars

And the wholesome clouds

Lily Rose

Jumped and flew

Never to be seen again

Only to be suppressed in the wind
