The awakening
The awakening By Jose Raul Ogaldez
(poem)
I feel the blade slice my wrist when i lost my sight of my
life i didn't realize that i didn't known i could
lose sight of what's important
now i suffer the consequences of my choices
they haunt me in my sleep
an they make me cry in my sleep
my mom awakes an says you alright
i shake in fear an say who are you
my eyes go black i go into shock then i feel
the pain go away i feel happier for once
all the pain an surfing is gone now i look around
me i see a golden gate who is that giant spirit i see
is it the all mighty power it may be
i feel my blood going down my hand still i reawake in the hospital it seems
i was just having a shock are something intense
it makes me wonder i known the truth of God now i feel
the change in my life i won't try to take my life
again i will live threw
it thru the thick and the thin im strong now
