Farewell.
  I
Can’t seem to get you out of my mind. The day you left this Earth
burns in the back of my mind like it was yesterday. You
  Can
make me smile no matter what. Now my smile fades.
  Only
memories of you remain. Shifting back to a time where we almost
lost you. But you kept fighting. We told you to
  Hold
on. Just a little bit longer. But the burden was too much for you to
bear. It was your time to go. We had you for so long, and now it was
  My
time to accept that asking to you stay here was selfish. I never got to
  say goodbye before your last
  Breath
but you know everything I wanted to say before it was time
  For
those we lost before you to spend their afterlife with you.
  So
my farewell to you isn’t goodbye. See you soon, not for very
  Long.
