Trapped,
Dark,
Scared,
I am scared that it is going to catch me,
Hurt me,
I want to stop running,
I want to stop forcing myself to keep going,
I want to get better,
I need to get better,
Trapped,
Part of me wants to run from the beast,
Part of me wants the beast to catch me,
Hurt me,
Kill me,
I want all of it gone,
Gone,
Why cant it disappear?
Why cant I disappear?
I made up my mind,
I want the beast to catch me.

This is an old poem from when I was in a very bad place.
