Staring into the dark
Listening to the things that lerk
Hidden by the shadows of then night
The noises they make give her fright
The dreams they make
Cause her to lay awake
Too scared to sleep
Too scared to make a peep
She hides away
Slowly dying day by day
No one sees behind her fake smile
But she will never ask to stay awhile
The monsters make her cry
They make her want to die
Inside she is slowly dying
But on the outside she is smiling
