Staring Out The Window
Grasp it.
The long strands of letters.
The distant blur of the stars in the sky.
The mysteries waiting to be thought.
Thought.
Thought again.
Thought.
Again.
Again.
Again.
Open my eyes.
Lead me to the truth.
My days of racing and tracing.
Tracing and racing.
Sliding past sums and trying to withhold-
The answers to life.
The questions of the answers.
All the space my head consumes- of answers and questions
Spinning in a dizzying blur
That
Does
Not
STOP.
None of us know
The truth.
The
Make up of the make up’s make up.
A repetitive question that tries to urge
The answers out of me.
Why does it try to hide for so long?
My head becomes my
Heart.
My heart my head.
It’s all just a mystery instead.
That never finds the answers
Or the answers to the answers.
I’ll lie hear instead.
Or maybe just find a book,
That can disappear me.
Take me
From the
World
It once took.
