Basketball
The ball in her hand,
the squeak of her feet.
The look in her eyes,
is all defeat.
The plays in her head.
her team on the floor.
All they have to do,
is beat the other teams score.
The championship is next,
and she's gonna win.
All she has to do is hope the ball goes in the rim.
Ten seconds left,
one basket to go,
it all goes to her.
Look! In it goes.
