Even after

a hundred heartbreaks

I'm still sticking my finger

out

in the snowfall

hoping

it keeps me warm.

@Beila Actually I've been experimenting with line breaks lately, and you are by far the first to actually comment on that. So thank you very, very much (again), it really means a lot.

There are tears in my eyes. Heartbreaking. And while we're on the subject of you and your inspiring writing ability, I'll just mention that with all your poems, I think the way you break lines is exquisite. Some people have these beautiful thoughts, but they just can't figure out the line breaks. You know how to use them to your advantage. In fact, I'd say that's one of the most powerful things about your writing in general, and trust me, there are quite a few from which to choose.
