Illogical humanity
Believing what we want
Forgetting what we can’t prove
A thousand sightings of a monster?
They all lie
Dangerous disease?
I haven’t gotten it, how bad could it be
Well, I believe in big foot
I believe in mermaids,
I believe in ghosts
And I believe in the quiet girl
Who’s Faking a smile because she knows
That they won’t believe her
When she says that she is in pain
Well, I believe her
Even if she doesn’t believe in her self
