My Soal's Keeper

I will hold hands with soal
through the hardship and the heartbreak
through the bruised knee and long nights
when numbing it all isnt good enough anymore
I will be there
coaxing words dipped in hope
promises of sun kissed skin and smiles
from my mind to my heart
soft whispers in the dark
we'll get through this together
stay strong
things do get better.
