Can You See Me
I know that you see me
Surely I can see you. In that bright orange sweatshirt
You don’t care enough to say anything
  Did you ever?
  Were you just pretending?
You showed that you cared, the smile across your face, you knew that always made my day
, hugging me tight and laughing
  What happened to you?
You just started hating me, giving me death glares in the crowded hallway
We used to talk everyday over the phone
Were you just pretending to care?
Ignoring me would be the worst thing you could do
You are showing others that you could care less about anything.
If you hate me, its just like throwing me out in the cold.
  Alone.
  Could you be anymore annoying-
Pointing you out in the loud,
  crowded hallway
I smile feel my face getting red, the knot in my stomach
you glare- Your eyes are like daggers
  inviting a frown.
You couldn’t care less, never smiling at me anymore
Everytime I see you in that crowded hallway, I think about how much you don’t care
  You aren’t yourself, not anymore.
