To My Mother
A mother’s love is unconditional.
I’ve heard that everywhere,
but it was really taught to me by the sweetest woman in my life.
My Mom.
She has taught me to always be nice to everyone.
Don’t judge a book by its cover.
Believe in others abilities,
Trust,
Love,
Accept.
In times of stress,
and sadness,
her warm embrace envelopes me and I know
everything is going to be fine.
An aura of peaceful chaos surrounds her.
She brings a smile, a frown,
maybe even a hint of sass to my face
at all times.
I love Her giving nature,
her loud, boisterous laugh,
her sense of humor,
and most of all,
all the love she shares with the people around her.
Thank you for teaching me,
guiding me,
and protecting me.
It never goes unappreciated.
