I like to believe that sometimes Death smiles
Maybe its the chesire glint behind his eyes,
But what do I know?
So caught up in the end
Maybe I’m just beginning to realize
I am the beginning
But let’s take a small breath and rewind
We know that really isn’t how it goes
I’m stuck in one breath
But my mind is pacing
The whites of my eyes fixated on the ghost
Smiling in the mirror
