Everything Will Be Okay
Come to me
I’ll get you out,
I’ll help you breathe
Don’t worry, my darling
Everything will be okay
I wish you could see
How much you mean to me
I need you
You’re my world
Don’t worry, my darling
Everything will be okay
I know you’re scared
But you’ll be alright
I’m here to help you
We’ll get through this together
Don’t worry, my darling
Everything will be okay
I know it kills you now
But you’ll come out fearless,
Possessing a strength that is unmatchable
Don’t worry, my darling
Everything will be okay
Come here, my love
Let me hold you
I’ll erase the pain
I’ll make everything okay again
I know you can’t see it now
But my darling,
I promise you
Everything will be okay
I wrote this from the prospective of a mother talking to her daughter.... Lately I've been really fascinated by that viewpoint, so I decided to delve into that mindset!
