You don't see your real beauty,
But I notice it every day.
You don't see how bright you shine,
But you are my star.
You think that you are worthless,
But what you don't see is that you can have the world if you want it.
You are brighter than you think,
Because you are my star.
You think you are alone,
But I will never leave you.
Do you not see how you sparkle when you do what you love?
You are here because you are my star.
You have seen it now,
The beauty in you and the world around you.
You realize you are perfect to me,
Because you are my star.

God sees us as we really are, not how society wants us to be. We shine brighter than anything we can imagine because that's how He made us. We shouldn't underestimate our power and abilities, because we have been gifted with them.
