Traveling Far Away
I seek refuge
in the language I understand,
I will finish my journey
in the place I don't like to stand
Listening to the highway
I remember my home,
traveling far away
I feel the sweet touch of the snow
Cold days had come
in my stomach butterflies don't fly
the nostalgia in my mind has come
like clouds in a sunny sky
Seeing the sun up high
kissing the flowers with warmth
the corn fields short are now
green and wet they'll become
Better days in the future will come
a nimble light in the horizon shines
energy and desire I need to overcome,
I know that at the end I will be fine
