To have our fingers interlock
To feel close to you
Just to be able to call you mine
To be with you
To love you
Just to be able to walk next to you
To feel your lips on mine
To hear your heartbeat
What I wouldn’t do for you…
But I haven’t met you yet
Seen you yet
Talked to you yet
I know you’re out there
I feel it in the spring breeze
in the summer warmth
in the starry night
