Walk Around Campus
I relish in memories
that gently come to surface
of a place that has been so kind
to me, my reputation, and my future.
The Red, White and Baby Blue
tried and true
to color the students and old faithfuls
who make this school a source
of pride and regard it an
accomplishment
to have stemmed from such a prestigious
and honored institution.
Seabreeze Spirit and Bob Wall
the start of something beautiful
the ending of something legendary
for what is the red brick
without its background noise
and its face of leadership.
So goodbye to the Sandcrab
and thank you
for nurturing my athletic career
challenging my academic progress
and creating a cocoon from which
a young girl has blossomed
ready for the world.
