“And I knew her soul wasn’t something to take lightly. In a world where very little truth existed, her soul was a pariah, standing alone burning like a wildfire in my bones– a flaming crescent across pale midnight skies.”

Christopher Poindexter

She always laughs the most at a joke, even when the rest of the world is silent.
Her shoulders are hunched over like the weight of a thousand lies are upon them,
And the way she ties her hair tells me that she could care less.
I have never seen her without her red hoodie.
Maybe she is really cold all the time, or maybe insecurities is a part of her life.
Or maybe she is just covering herself up with layers, to protect herself from all the hurt this world has to offer.
