Seasons
At the beginning, there was silence.
  Then, ever so slowly,
  the birds started chirping
  the ants started crawling
  the water started trickling
  the earth started growing.
  Vines started climbing
  buds started opening
  sprouts started appearing.
At the beginning, there was a symphony.
  Then, ever so slowly,
  the bears stopped appearing
  the grasshoppers stopped jumping
the water stopped dripping the earth stopped growing.
  Vines started receding
  buds started falling
  green slowly turned to brown.
  Only to begin again,
  slowly and surely,
like the rising and the setting of the sun.
